Legally Advertising for Players for Real-Money Games

Question:

Is it ever legal to advertise for players to come to a real-money game?

Answer:

1. It is legal to advertise gaming which will take place at bazaars, fetes, dinners, dances, sporting or athletic events or other similar events provided that they are for non-commercial gain.

2. It is also legal to advertise gaming at events not held for private gain.
