The 2011 Aussie Millions tournament is just over five months away (it takes place in January), and online poker players at Littlewoods Poker are being given the chance to win themselves a €17,500 package for as little as $1 + $0.10! Each $17,500 package includes travel expenses to help you get to Melbourne, Australia, a buy-in to the Aussie Millions Main Event, ten nights of accommodation and some spending money on top!

You can buy into a fortnightly Aussie Millions qualifier directly or you can play your way there by participating in cheaper tournaments. Even if you decide to enter the cheapest tournament you will only be three steps away from having a chance to win an Aussie Millions package, and if you invest a little more of your own cash you can skip one or more steps entirely.

There are two Step 1 opportunities to choose from each day. One is a $1 + $0.10 Rebuy and Add-on tournament that takes place every two hours every day of the week. For every $25 in the prize pool, one player will progress to the Step 2 tournament. The alternative Step 1 game costs $5 + $0.50 to buy into and sees one in every five players progress to Step 2. These games also take place every two hours on a daily basis.

The Step 2 tournament is held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 19:55 and if you want to buy-in directly (skipping Step 1) it will cost you $23 + $2. One in five players will progress to Step 3.

The Step 3 game is held every Sunday at 13:35 and as in previous steps you can buy-in directly if you prefer to do so – this time for $105 + $10. One in every five players here will progress to the Aussie Millions qualifier.

As we said earlier, the Aussie Millions qualifier takes place every fortnight on a Sunday at 19:05 (the next one will be held this Sunday 5 September) and if you want to buy-in directly you can do so for £500 + $25. There will be one $17,500 Aussie Millions package up for grabs in each qualifier, so if you don’t win one on your first attempt you could have another go two weeks later.
